Steps
Open your Galaxy’s Settings. It’s theat the top-right corner of the notifications bar. You’ll also find it in the app drawer.
Tap Sounds and vibration.Advertisement
Tap Sound mode.
Select Sound. If it was already selected, there’s no need to change anything.
Tap the back button. This brings you back to the Sounds and Vibration menu.
Slide the “Vibrate while ringing” switch to. As long as this switch is off, your Galaxy will not vibrate when receiving notifications for which it also plays sounds (such as phone calls, new messages, or voicemail).
