Perambur is a legislative assembly, that includes the city, Perambur. Its State Assembly Constituency number is 12. Perambur assembly constituency is a part of Chennai North Lok Sabha constituency. It is one of the 234 State Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Tamil Nadu, in India.[2][3]
