Haaaß_is's_do
editMy today's improvement on the article, trying to transcribe into plain German "Es ist heiß hier!
-- verbally interpreted: Heiß-ist-es-hier"]
- Haaß (a very longly pronounciated "a", similar to Arabia) heiß -- means hot.
- is's stands for ist es -- "it is"
- do (the "o" beeing pronounced quite looong in Viennese dialect; it is ~pronounced like in "long", not like in Englisch "do") stands for hier -- "here", which may mean a specific place, or even the whole country)
Some Austrian Writer, a while ago, declared that the major difference between Germans and Austrians seems to be "their common language" ;)) -- [w.] 10:01, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
