Addtional charges paragraph to be added claiming 20 breakdown recovery costs £4,100 collected by a private company who are the ONLY and sole ONLY people allowed to recover vehicles iaw mersey gateway byelaws. References to follow and will be added plus, tractor driver fined for towing off a pensioners car when he broke down at the end of the bridge. reportedly fined £600 (yet unpaid)
