Originally nominated for dated deletion under speedy deletion criterion F7 by @Explicit with the reason "Violates WP:NFCC#8. Fails to provide any contextual significance to justify its use" FASTILY 03:33, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

• There is contextual significance provided on the file page: "This will provide an illustration in the Thuy Trang article of Trang as a child and her family during her youth, which are discussed extensively in the article.". — Hunter Kahn 01:25, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
• Deleted. We don't need a photo of Trang as a child to understand that she was a child. The inclusion of this file is purely decorative. Keeping this not only violates policy, it would set a terrible precedent of allowing tens of thousands of non-free childhood photos simply because childhood is discussed in an article.
