Raven Software (atau Raven Entertainment Software, Inc.) adalah perusahaan pengembang video game Amerika Serikat. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1990 dan berbasis di Madison, Wisconsin. Pada tahun 1997, Raven membuat kesepakatan penerbitan eksklusif dengan Activision dan kemudian diakuisisi oleh Activision. perusahaan membuat PHK besar dari 30-35 staf, meninggalkan dua tim pengembang.
