ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാവ്

ഒരു ബോളിവുഡ് ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാവാണ് വരുൺ ധവാൻ[2]. ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ പ്രതിഫലം ലഭിക്കുന്ന താരങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാളാണ് അദ്ദേഹം.[3] കരൺ ജോഹർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്‌തു 2012-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ സ്റ്റുഡൻറ് ഓഫ് ദി ഇയർ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയാണ്, വരുൺ അഭിനയ രംഗത്തേക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ചത്. ചലച്ചിത്ര സംവിധായകനായ ഡേവിഡ് ധവാൻ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പിതാവാണ് .

1987 ഏപ്രിൽ 24-ന് മുംബൈയിലാണ് വരുൺ ധവാൻ ജനിക്കുന്നത്. പിതാവ് ഡേവിഡ് ധവാൻ സിനിമ സംവിധായകനാണ്. മാതാവ് കരുണ ധവാൻ. നോട്ടിങ്ങാം ട്രെന്റ് സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്നും ബിസിനസ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിൽ ബിരുദധാരിയാണ് വരുൺ. അഭിനയ ജീവിതത്തിനു മുന്നോടിയായി 2010-ൽ മൈ നെയിം ഈസ് ഖാൻ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ കരൺ ജോഹറിന്റെ സംവിധാന സഹായിയായി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രോഹിത് ധവാനാണ്, വരുണിന്റെ മൂത്ത സഹോദരൻ.

2012-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ സ്റ്റുഡൻറ് ഓഫ് ദി ഇയർ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയാണ് വരുൺ സിനിമ രംഗത്തെത്തിയത്. കരൺ ജോഹർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഈ ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ തന്നെയാണ് സിദ്ധാർഥ് മൽഹോത്രയും, ആലിയ ഭട്ടും ചലച്ചിത്ര രംഗത്തേക്ക് അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ചത്. വരുൺ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച രോഹൻ നന്ദ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രം ഏറെ നിരൂപക പ്രശംസ നേടി. 2014-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മേ തേരാ ഹീറോ എന്ന ചിത്രമാണ് വരുണിന്റെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ചിത്രം. ഇല്ലിയേന ഡിക്രൂസ്, നർഗീസ് ഫക്രി എന്നിവർ ആയിരുന്നു നായികമാർ. വരുണിന്റെ പിതാവ് ഡേവിഡ് ധവാൻ തന്നെയാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്. ശശാങ്ക് കൈതാന് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്‌ത ഹംപ്റ്റി ശർമ്മ കി ദുൽഹനിയ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലും വരുൺ ഈ വര്ഷം അഭിനയിച്ചു. ആലിയ ഭട്ടായിരുന്നു ഈ ചിത്രത്തിലെ നായിക. നൂറു കോടിക്കു മുകളിൽ കളക്ഷൻ നേടിയ ഈ ചിത്രം വൻ വിജയമായിരുന്നു.
ശ്രീറാം രാഘവൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തു 2015-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ബദ്‌ലാപ്പൂർ എന്ന ചിത്രം വരുണിന്റെ അഭിനയ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഒരു നാഴിക കല്ലായിരുന്നു. ശ്രദ്ധ കപൂറിനൊപ്പം എ ബി സി ഡി 2 എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലും, ഷാറൂഖ്‌ ഖാനൊപ്പം ദിൽവാലെ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലും വരുൺ ഈ വർഷം മുഖം കാണിച്ചു.ജോൺ അബ്രഹാമിനൊപ്പം അഭിനയിച്ച ഡിഷ്യും ആണ് 2016-ലെ വരുണിന്റെ ഏക ചിത്രം. ജുനൈദ് അൻസാരി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ ആണ് വരുൺ ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. 2017-ൽ വരുണിനു രണ്ടു റിലീസുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ബദരീനാഥ് കി ദുൽഹനിയ, ജൂദ്വ 2. സൂപ്പർ ഹിറ്റു ആയി മാറിയ ഹംപ്റ്റി ശർമ കി ദുൽഹനിയ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന് ശേഷം അതെ ടീം വീണ്ടും ഒന്നിച്ച ചിത്രമാണ് ബദരീനാഥ് കി ദുൽഹനിയ. ആലിയ ഭട്ടും വരുൺ ധവാനും നായികാ നായകന്മാരായി വന്ന ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത് ശശാങ്ക് കൈതാന് ആയിരുന്നു. ജൂദ്വ എന്ന പേരിൽ പുറത്തറങ്ങിയ സൽമാൻ ഖാൻ ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ റീബൂട്ട് ആയിരുന്നു ജൂദ്വ 2. ജാക്യുലിന് ഫെർണാണ്ടസും തപ്‌സി പന്നുവും ആയിരുന്നു ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ വരുണിന്റെ നായികമാർ. 2018-ൽ വരുൺ അതിഥി താരമായി വന്ന വെൽക്കം ടു ന്യൂയോർക് ആയിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ സിനിമ റിലീസ്. ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒക്ടോബർ എന്ന ചിത്രം മികച്ച നിരൂപക പ്രശംസ നേടി. 2018 ഏപ്രിൽ 13-നാണു ഒക്ടോബർ പ്രേക്ഷകർക്ക് മുന്നിൽ പ്രദര്ശനത്തിന് എത്തിയത്.
