Čeština: Vlajka obce Josefov, okres Hodonín. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, červený, bílý a zelený. V červeném žlutá koruna, v bílém červený vinný hrozen na zeleném stonku s jedním listem a v zeleném bílá radlice hrotem dolů a ostřím k vlajícímu okraji.
