Hamilton Jordan
Chief of Staff to President of the United States Jimmy Carter (1944-2008)
William Hamilton McWhorter Jordan (September 21, 1944 – May 20, 2008)[1] was an American politician. He was the Chief of Staff to President of the United States Jimmy Carter from 1979 to 1980. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jordan died on May 20, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia of mesothelioma at the age of 63.[2]
