Ikurriña

The ikurriña or flag of Basque Country (Spanish: Bandera del País Vasco) is colored red and the coat of arms in the center, was adopted a smooth white cross and a Saint George' green cross. The emblem has a diameter of three-quarters the width of the center. The ratio of the flag is 2:3.^[1]
