The Phoenix Lights (sometimes called the "Lights over Phoenix") were a light phenomenon that occurred on March 13, 1997 over Arizona and Nevada, in the Southwestern United States. Some claim that they were UFOs. The governor of Arizona also said he thought they could be UFOs. The thing was V-shaped with 5 lights at the bottom of it in V-formation.
